As we continue to grow and develop advanced solutions for the retail technology space, we’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking company that thrives on data, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This hybrid role requires 2 days per week onsite at our Dublin office.

Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and analyse large-scale, anonymised shopper data sets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Manipulate and restructure data from one configuration to another to support various business and client needs.
  • Monitor live data feeds and dashboards, proactively identifying and flagging anomalies or irregular behaviour in datasets.
  • Calibrate and configure IoT sensors to ensure data accuracy and reliability across retail environments.
  • Respond to customer queries and data requests, providing insights and clear communication on findings.
  • Prepare and deliver data presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients, transforming complex information into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams to support product and customer development.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Data Analyst, ideally in a retail, IoT, or technology-driven environment.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel capabilities (including formulas, pivot tables, data modelling, and dashboard creation). Excel skills will be tested during the interview process.
  • SQL experience is essential for querying and managing datasets.
  • Comfortable working with cutting-edge technologies and modern data environments.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team structure.
  • Preferred: Experience with Python and working with APIs to automate or streamline data processes.

    Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
