We’re looking for a Data Analyst (Visualisation & Insights) who can transform complex datasets into clear, compelling visual narratives that empower decision-making and elevate the student experience. If you love turning numbers into insights and insights into action, this is your stage. Day-to-day accountabilities: Design and develop dynamic dashboards and operating tools that integrate multiple data sources. Apply advanced analytics to uncover trends and opportunities that shape strategy. Communicate insights through visual storytelling that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate across teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly solutions. Champion data integrity, automation, and self-service analytics. Build and maintain scalable data models Contribute to the continuous improvement This is an initial 12-month contract with potential for extension based on business needs. Who you are: To be successful in this role, you will have: Creative thinker who can design dashboards that are not only functional but visually engaging and intuitive. 3 or more years of experience in data visualisation, insights or analytics. Tertiary qualification in data analytics, statistics, computer science, business, or a related field. Proven experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling. Strong understanding of data visualisation principles and storytelling with data. High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for turning data into insight. Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources. Familiarity with survey data analysis and/or student experience research is desirable. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience with SQL, Python or R is a plus but not essential. Possess the ability to work with multiple projects at the same time. Why join us?
