WHAT YOU’LL BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science engineering/technology
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, providing analytics solutions in a commercial setting
• Consulting experience will be considered a plus.
• Proficient understanding of analytics topic/platform, experienced in delivering solutions across the entire analytics lifecycle.
• Proficient understanding of data visualization, programming and data management tools - PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, PySpark preferred
• Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative coding and efficient project management
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing analytics solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging tools and technologies in the data analytics field.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to various stakeholders.

As a part of BCG’s X team, you will work closely with consulting teams on a diverse range of advanced analytics, including AI, Generative AI, machine learning, optimization, simulation, and cutting-edge engineering topics, among many others. You will have the opportunity to leverage analytical methodologies to deliver value to BCG’s Consulting (case) teams and Practice Areas (domain) through providing analytical and engineering subject matter expertise.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing, delivering and supporting analytics solutions that empower our clients to make informed business decisions. You will provide technical support through a deeper understanding of relevant data analytics solutions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
