  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts. Identify variances, trends, and drivers of financial performance across service lines, business units, and geographic regions.
  • Monitoring of key financial metrics.
  • Analyse operational metrics such as service delivery efficiency, utilisation rates, productivity, quality indicators, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational initiatives and improvement projects.
  • Track and report on operational KPIs, creating dashboards and scorecards for stakeholder visibility.
  • Collaborate with operations, service delivery, sales, and leadership teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
