• You have strong SQL skills and can write queries confidently to extract, transform and analyse data
• You're comfortable with data visualisation tools and understand how to design dashboards that are intuitive and actionable
• You think carefully about data — what metrics mean, what the data is actually telling you, and how to communicate it clearly
• You're curious and self-driven, comfortable exploring datasets to uncover insights and answer difficult questions
• You're a natural communicator who can translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• You collaborate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and take ownership end-to-end
• You're excited about working in a fast-paced environment and motivated by the idea that your work helps improve patient outcomes at scale
