Let’s take a closer look at the role Job Description The Data Analyst supports warehouse and site leadership by managing data within all WMS systems and turning that information into meaningful insights. This role works closely with operations teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and build reporting tools that help drive decisions across the facility. Schedule: Full-time | Standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with flexibility during peak times. Key Responsibilities Partner with warehouse leaders to identify improvement opportunities Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations Collect, structure, and analyze large data sets to support operational decisions Automate and streamline data collection and reporting processes Serve as the subject matter expert for WMS platforms including Oracle, ASC Trac, and HighJump Work Environment: Office and warehouse setting; may involve standing, walking, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or a related field required. Experience 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word). Technical proficiency in database design, data modeling, mining, and segmentation. Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Oracle, DAX, and C++. Familiarity with WMS systems including Oracle, ASC Trac, and HighJump. Personality Traits Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and individual contributors. Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and resilience under tight deadlines. Willingness to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment.
