DATA ANALYST (WEALTH MANAGEMENT)

Hiring 3 experienced Data Analysts to support data-driven initiatives in the insurance and wealth management sector. This hybrid role in Toronto requires strong SQL, Azure, and Generative AI skills. • Lead sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain sign-off.
• Produce and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), source-to-target mappings (STMs), and related documentation.
• Ensure project teams deliver data assets that align with business needs.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and metadata collection.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure sign-off from business units.
• Support strategic data initiatives within the Data Office/Engineering team.
• Deliver high-quality data solutions aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• Work collaboratively to improve data sourcing, modeling, and delivery practices.
