JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 10+ yrs of experience with Documentation - Business Requirement Document (BRD) / User Stories / Functional Specification Document (FSD) / Business Glossary / Data Model / Test Strategy / Project Plan, Process Flow diagram etc.
  • Report types - Requirement Matrix/Gap Analysis/Problem Analysis/Business Case, etc.
  • Process/Data Modelling - ‘As Is’/’To Be’/ Visio/Enterprise Architect, etc.
  • Project Management Methodologies - Waterfall SDLC, Agile, Scrum etc.
  • Strong data analysis skills using SQL, MicroStrategy or Tableau preferable.
  • Proven problem-solving & process mapping & visualisation skills
  • Proven experience in Technology Resilience and Risk related projects preferred.
  • Presentation skills - Story telling using data visualisations would be advantageous.
  • Soft Skills - Communication/Negotiation/Relationship Building/Influencing/Coaching or mentoring junior BAs to build their skills
  • Experience in Agile tools (i.e., JIRA, Clarity, ADO Boards, Confluence, etc.)
  • Good understanding of APIs and has experience in API mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Great Analytical skills
  • A ‘can do’ attitude committed to doing ‘what its takes’ to deliver. ‘Agile’ mindset. Whilst not being the subject matter expert, having the ability to learn quickly, listen, synthesize the issues, and articulate for senior management with recommendations.
  • Diligent and detail orientated.
  • Ability to create effective work relationships across functions & borders at both junior and the most senior levels of the bank.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of Project Governance standards, change management, financial management, project lifecycle and related lifecycle stages
  • Current Knowledge of SCB processes, governance, and standard for project/programme management (new Way of Working - nWOW), risk management, pre/post implementation is a plus.
  • Experience in with liaising and engaging with internal audit groups, external reviewers and regulators is a plus.
  • An industry-recognized BA certification is a plus
