Job Details Job Location: Main Office - Franklin, TN 37067 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Job Shift: Day Job Category: Research Job Title: Data Analyst Job Description: The Data Analyst will support the Data Analytics team in transforming retail POS data into actionable insights that drive sales, optimize product assortment, improve replenishment accuracy, and support internal teams and retail partners. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Licensing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to deliver accurate reporting, insights, and recommendations that guide strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Assist in external item setups for retail partners. Prepare weekly actionable data rollups and performance callouts for retail partners and the Sales Team. Analyze POS data from SPS Commerce and other analytics platforms to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support retailer meetings, line reviews, and internal business discussions. Generate weekly replenishment reports to improve in-stock rates and maximize sales opportunities. Build and maintain store distribution models using historical data, geography, team affiliation, and category performance to optimize product placement. Produce weekly and monthly POS reporting for 600+ retail doors across multiple retail partners. Analyze sales trends, SKU performance, and category growth to deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Leverage historical POS data for assortment planning, forecasting, and ongoing performance tracking. Qualifications: Ability to execute tasks at a high level of speed and accuracy. Ability to manage all assigned tasks in a methodical, detail-oriented manner. Ability to work with, and support, all types of personalities on a personal and professional level. Ability to increase one’s capacity and knowledge base year after year. Ability to take ownership and accountability for actions. Willing to continuously improve and learn. Education / Experience / Preferred Skills: University or collegiate level degree. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
