Position Title: Data Analytics and Automation Technical Manager

SUMMARY

Our bank is growing, and we’re investing in the future of data and analytics. We’re seeking a Data Analytics and Automation Technical Manager to expand the reach of enterprise data, elevate our analytics maturity, and drive innovation through automation. This role is pivotal in shaping how the bank leverages data to power strategic decision-making, deliver actionable insights, and create measurable business impact.
As the Data Analytics and Automation Technical Manager, you’ll lead the Kish Business Intelligence (KBI) program, oversee data architecture and governance, and guide the delivery of advanced analytics solutions. You’ll also direct the integration of automation (iPaaS, AI, RPA) into data workflows, ensuring scalable and repeatable processes that improve efficiency across the organization.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data-intensive roles (BI, analytics, data engineering, automation).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and automation/RPA/AI tools.

TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Strong foundation in data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Expertise in dashboarding, dimensional modeling, and analytics frameworks.
• Ability to clearly communicate data insights and complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
