Solution-Oriented Mindset: Show proactivity in identifying issues and proposing practical solutions to improve reporting processes and data quality. Information Gathering & Communication: Exhibit curiosity and effective communication skills to obtain the necessary information for completing and refining reports accurately. Key Skills Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Operational Discipline: Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines with precision and consistency.
