About the Role As a Data Analytics Business Consultant you’ll be at the intersection of business and data. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom-built analytics tools, generate insights, and help business units across MOL Group (and beyond) make smarter, data-driven decisions. This role is perfect for someone with a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for solving real business problems with data. Key Responsibilities Understand business strategies and translate them into actionable analytics solutions Lead the design and implementation of reporting, analytics, and AI/ML tools in agile squads Generate insights that drive decision-making across markets and teams Engage with stakeholders to turn recommendations into action Ensure analytics tools deliver business impact and a seamless user experience Perform ad-hoc analysis and create dashboards and presentations (Power BI preferred) Promote data literacy and support data-driven decision-making across the organization Identify gaps in the data landscape and contribute to designing effective solutions About Your Experience and Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is a plus) Experience 3+ years in consulting, data analysis, or data visualization Experience working with big data and AI/ML solutions Familiarity with consumer services, retail, or similar domains Experience in agile or scrum environments is a plus Skills Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and influencing skills (written and verbal) Business acumen and personal leadership Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Comfortable with Microsoft Office Bonus: Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or other analytics languages Soft Skills Detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture Clear communicator with a collaborative spirit Curious and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks Open to working across cultures and countries.
