IP Protection & Advocacy: Act as a guardian of CME’s intellectual property, working closely with internal and external Counsel to ensure our commercial programs are robust against risk while remaining competitive. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive reviews of new data consumption trends and competitor licensing frameworks to ensure CME remains at the forefront of industry standards and "best-in-class" policy design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex concepts. Keen interest in IP protection of data/digital assets.
