About the team
Our Data & AI team comprises of over 500 specialist practitioners across Australia, each of whom are constantly curious and excited about combining their business acumen and technological expertise to create data-centric solutions that help solve complex problems and transform or reinvent our client’s business.
Our Data & AI team work with public and private sector clients helping them to design and implement world leading solutions and capabilities. From setting Data & AI strategy, building and scaling the platforms and tools to bring the strategy to life, through to accelerating our clients ability to develop and deploy GenAI models, we are the partner of choice for our clients.
Our technology relationships with leading vendors such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, and more enable our practitioners to be at the forefront of new and emerging capabilities and to deliver our suite of services at scale. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We are looking for someone that bring the following capabilities:
At least 6+ years of experience in AI, Data Analytics, or Data Management, preferably within banking or financial services with credit risk experience being a strong preference.
Strong experience with SAS for data management, reporting, and analytics. SAS Viya experience is a plus.
Proven ability to develop and implement data management frameworks.
Experience leading teams and driving both technical and strategic initiatives in data analytics or risk management.

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN:

Data Analysis
Machine Learning or AI-driven analytics
Data Engineering and ETL processes
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, data warehouses, or data lakes.
Understanding of credit risk analytics, including regulatory reporting, scorecard development, or stress testing, is highly preferred.
Exposure to cloud platforms is beneficial.
Experience working in Agile environments, with hands-on expertise in JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, and running sprints.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
Relevant certifications in SAS, cloud platforms, or AI/data analytics are highly regarded.
