About the role

This is a hands-on leadership position, combining strategic oversight with technical delivery. You will lead analytics initiatives end-to-end while mentoring a team of specialists and ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality, and impactful insights.

You will act as a key bridge between business needs and data solutions-ensuring analytics initiatives deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

- Lead delivery of analytics solutions across complex business domains

- Translate business requirements into scalable and actionable data solutions

- Mentor and lead a team of analytics professionals (1-3 direct reports)

- Drive adoption of modern analytics practices, including AI-enabled approaches
