SUMMARY

Your position will be a key member of the Analytics Team within SAP’s Global Adoption & Experience CoE (GA&X) organization. The primary focus of the team is to enable decision-making within the GA&X line of business and to support the delivery of its license compliance and adoption services based on data-driven insights. The Analytics team is the trusted go-to resource for enterprise data and reporting needs within GA&X.

• Design, develop and maintain complex data foundations and analytical data models mainly on SAP HANA Cloud environments (using technologies and tools like GitHub, Business Application Studio, CDS Views, Synonyms, Calculation Views, Procedures, Functions, Flowgraphs, etc.) which are the basis for executive-level dashboards as well as detailed reports using SAP Analytics Cloud or SAPUI5 applications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner organizations to understand their reporting requirements and design efficient data models.
• Analyze possibilities of automation by extensive study of underlying data and provide detailed feasibility proposal. Conducting advanced analytics, including statistical analysis and data mining to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide consultation on data-driven solutions to leadership and business owners.
• Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of reporting solutions – perform data mapping, conduct data flow validation, and ensure clean and consistent data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics, AI and underlying technologies to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the analytics capabilities within the department.
