Our solution, GRADIENT Perceptive AI, is a no-code, plug-and-play optimization tool that helps data centers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively. Already in use across the globe, GRADIENT has saved tens of thousands of GWh in energy. And we’re just getting started!
As we scale up, we’re looking for a collaborative Data/ Analytics Engineer to help expand GRADIENT’s reach and drive impactful change in how the world powers digital life.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and Jinja for data transformation and automation, with familiarity in data modeling techniques such as Data Vault.
• Experience working with dbt, Snowflake, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS), as well as Git, Jira, and Visual Studio Code
• Background in industrial IoT or Operational Control Systems, especially around streaming data ingestion, is a strong plus; hybrid (cloud/on-prem) setup experience is also valued
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a pré
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment that offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to shape systems and processes from the ground up
