EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep understanding of modern data architectures (data mesh, lakehouse, event-driven pipelines)
  • Proficiency managing modern data platforms such Azure Data Lakehouse (ADLS, ADF, Databricks, etc.)
  • Proficiency managing DevOps/CI-CD practices as they relate to data pipelines and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency managing SQL databases
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM Templates
  • Proficiency managing and developing in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Epic Cogito administration knowledge a plus
    The Data Analytics Engineer 3 is a senior-level contributor responsible for building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance data infrastructure within our modern cloud-based data lakehouse environment. This role focuses on designing and implementing data solutions across data lakes, marts, and warehouses, as well as developing robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support advanced analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives.
    You will work in a variety of settings to build and optimize systems that collect, manage, and convert raw data into clean, usable information for analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders. The Data Engineer 3 plays a key role in ensuring data is accessible, well-governed, and aligned with organizational goals for performance optimization and strategic decision-making.
    As part of the broader data team, you’ll collaborate with analytics developers, business users, and IT to deliver reliable data services, while contributing to the evolution of our data architecture in the cloud. You will also support and mentor junior engineers and advocate for best practices and data literacy throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required Bachelor’s Degree Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field
  • Preferred Master’s Degree Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5 years Building data pipelines, using ETL technologies such as SSIS or Informatica Required
  • 3 years SQL development with SQL Server/Oracle environment Required
  • 2 years Cloud data platforms and associated tools such as MS Azure, AWS, or GCP Required
