We're excited to offer a paid internship with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, based on your experience. We are seeking a Data Analytics Intern to help us make data-driven decisions that will shape the future of our company. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources (sales data, website analytics, customer feedback, etc.) to ensure it is ready for analysis. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to uncover insights related to sales trends, customer behavior, inventory management, and marketing campaign performance. Present findings in clear, actionable reports. Dashboards & Visualization: Help create interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to communicate insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Support Business Teams: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights that will inform decision-making and strategy. Forecasting & Predictive Modeling: Support the development of forecasting models to predict sales trends, customer preferences, and inventory needs. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Assist with ad-hoc analysis and data requests to support ongoing projects across different departments. Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus. Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach data problems creatively and suggest practical solutions for business improvement. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
