MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Suitable work experience may be considered as transferable skills in order to meet minimum requirements of the position and will be considered by the Executive Director of Human Resources.

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related program
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with data integration, data cleaning, and building data models from multiple sources
  • Demonstrated communication skills - communications are clear, concise, and in an organized fashion using appropriate style, grammar, and tone
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced outpatient setting

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work is completed primarily indoors in an office environment
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Requires constant experience with competing priorities in an occasionally high-stress environment
  • Travel to other organization sites within Southern Arizona may be required
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Designs, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards and visual reports to track program delivery, operational efficiency, and donor impact
  • Collaborates with program managers, development teams, and leadership to gather reporting requirements and define metrics aligned with strategic goals
  • Integrates and models data from multiple sources, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, donor databases, surveys, and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Optimizes dashboards for clarity and usability, tailoring visualizations to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Provides training and documentation to staff on interpreting dashboards, and supports continuous improvements by responding to feedback and evolving data needs
