Reporting to the Head of Global Data Transformation for Chubb Life, the Data Analytics Lead will focus on developing reusable, value-driven analytics products for the markets, as well as establishing a community of Analytics professionals across our operations delivering crowd-sourced solutions and standards.  Roles & Responsibilities * Establish Analytics Strategy * Aligning to the overall Data & Analytics strategy, build out the processes and capabilities to establish advanced analytics within Chubb Life * Focus near-term on Descriptive & Diagnostic models * Ensure overall strategy drives towards Predictive & Prescriptive outcomes, as well as establishment of AI and ML practices * Analytics Value Delivery * With the long-term strategy in mind, delivery quick-win, value-evidenced analytics outcomes focused on increased sales/leads and reduced costs impacts * Ensure value of deliveries can be clearly evidenced and reported, demonstrating the Total Value of Ownership of Data & Analytics  * Start with Customer * Develop a flexible but consistent customer segmentation model which can be leveraged across Life markets * Segmentation will be multi-faceted to understand the various aspects of the customer experience from pre-sales, sales, service, closure and repurchase journeys * Partner with Customer Value Management and Digital Customer Experience teams to ensure model supports their near-term and strategic targets and outcomes * Reach beyond the Customer * Support other aspects of the business including Distribution (Agency, Partnership, etc.), Product Development, Operations & IT, Finance & Actuary, Compliance & Legal * Identify reusability across functions to establish an analytical framework focused on consistency and self-service * Deliver through example * While majority of time will be in leading the strategy & delivery, at least 30% of time will be spent delivering own models and analytics outcomes  * Demonstrate how to translate a complex analytics model into clear, understandable business actions & outcomes * Drive data into the fabric of our culture * Advocate for, and demonstrate the value of, Data & Analytics * Identify champions across the organization to support and drive the Data & Analytic strategy * Establish a One-Team approach * Develop direct and indirect reports to create a community of practice * Leverage existing communities and deepen relationships across markets and business units * Ever-bettering practices * Develop a crowd-sourced community which develops frameworks and leading practices  * Engrain participation within the community at all levels of the organization
