Location: 100% onsite at USSS Headquarters in Washington, DC Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST) Security Clearance: Not needed Job Summary: Oversees the design and implementation of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and visualizations for IPTs and OB3 decision support. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to identify and codify critical business metrics. Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive-level data visualizations. Implement and continuously optimize advanced analytics models to enable robust reporting and measurement of program outcomes. Lead efforts to integrate workforce and financial datasets, supporting strategic priorities and executive briefings. Translate analytical findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and improvement proposals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in federal data analytics, business intelligence, or performance measurement. Proficiency in leading BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical analysis, and data visualization.
