We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, and recently acquired Cremo… just to name a few!).
Let’s Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics Europe, you will work with business owners to review commercial objectives and the commercial investment decisions they give rise to, to formulate the insights that can deliver most value, and build models and tools to help the commercial community make faster and better decisions with a high level of confidence. This role is significant in extracting insights from complex data to ensure inputs in models and decisions are robust. You will be responsible for building more advanced Data & Analytics capabilities which is a global priority for Edgewell and be able to demonstrate personal impact that leads directly to business success, whilst growing in the field of data analytics in an European working environment. Show Us What You’ve Got
This role requires an analytical thinker with a proven track record in D&A execution within a Consumer Goods organisation. In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
Significant experience in Data & Analytics for Sales and Marketing teams, ideally with an understand of European markets.
Experience in Data & Analytics ideally gained within Consumer Goods/Retail Business
Proficiency with syndicated data (e.g. Nielsen/IRI), Panel date (e.g. Homescan) and e-commerce data providers (e.g. Profitero)
Proficiency in usage of data & analytics tools such as data lakes (e.g. Snowflake), visualisation software (e.g. Tableau, MS Excel), ERP (e.g. SAP), etc.
Strong understanding of different data science and analytical methodologies (e.g. regression modeling, machine learning, AI) applied in FMCG
Be well-versed in advanced analytics techniques and tools such as Power BI, Power Pivot, Python, R etc
Experience with Trade Investment and Promotional Management tools and systems (TPM/TPO)
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Entrepreneurial, innovative, ambitious, commercial, and results-driven
Fluent in English and any additional European Language is advantageous
