Description
The EMEA Data & Analytics Manager serves as the primary liaison between EMEA business stakeholders and the Global IT Data & Analytics organization. This role acts as the front door for data and analytics engagement in the region, partnering closely with EMEA functional teams to translate business needs into clear analytical, reporting, and data requirements. The role ensures successful delivery through global data platforms, standards, and teams while supporting (but not owning) Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary Data & Analytics Business Partner for the EMEA region. Partner with regional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical, reporting, and data modeling requirements. Lead and support analytical data modeling efforts, with a strong focus on SAP-sourced data. Collaborate closely with global data engineering and business intelligence teams. Serve as a key conduit between EMEA business teams and Global IT Data & Analytics. Support Data Governance and MDM teams in a non-owning, collaborative capacity. Support the delivery of analytics initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the region. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data modeling, or data architecture. Strong experience working within SAP data environments. Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills. Proven ability to lead and influence teams within a matrixed organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within global operating models. Familiarity with SAP, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure environments. Experience with modern BI tools, including Power BI. Agile delivery experience. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
