Job Description Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, and translate them into clear technical specifications. Design and develop scripts on the HUE Cloudera based on defined requirements, conduct UAT with users to validate functionality, and execute deployment into the production environment. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using tools such as Power BI, Hue, Impala, and Hive. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making. Design and implement data models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Optimize data processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency. Perform regular audits and validation checks to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed. Design and implement key metrics to create comprehensive Power BI dashboards for monitoring performance, identifying risks, and improving SLA. Maintain and improve SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to ensure seamless decision-making for management and operations teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s or higher degree degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with internal and external parties. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Proven ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and various business units. Strong knowledge of banking systems. Proficient in spoken and written English.
