JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated Data Analytics & Menu Manager to lead the intersection of technology, data, and operations within our fast-paced QSR environment. This cross-functional role will be instrumental in:
· Consolidating performance data across all digital and physical touchpoints to deliver actionable insights and drive smarter, faster decision-making.
· Owning and optimising our menu management, across our App, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, website, and aggregators.
You will serve as a bridge between departments, working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Franchisees, while also managing external tech and data vendors to ensure smooth system functionality and insightful reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience with data analytics tools, preferably Power BI.
· Understanding of QSR tech stack and operations, including POS and aggregator platforms.
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and data manipulation.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
· Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent projects.
