JOB DESCRIPTION

The Data Analytics & Power BI Solutions Lead will function as a sole contributor, delivering high-impact analytics and business intelligence solutions to the Cyber Architecture and Engineering team and its collaborating departments. This position demands an agile, hands-on professional who can independently gather requirements, design, build, and deliver actionable data solutions that empower teams to make informed decisions across multiple ongoing projects.

• Act independently to understand, analyze, and translate business data requirements from Cyber A&E and partner departments into scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Gather, prepare, cleanse, and transform raw datasets from diverse sources, ensuring high data integrity and reliability for analytics initiatives.
• Deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions—ranging from data modeling to visualizations—tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover data-driven insights that influence project strategies and outcomes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Power BI best practices, providing ad hoc support, troubleshooting, and recommendations as needed.
• Document solution designs, data flows, and key analytics findings for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards throughout all analytics activities.
• Create insightful graphs, charts, and reports that communicate key trends, patterns, and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS –

• 5 years minimal experience
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Proven hands-on experience delivering business intelligence solutions as a sole contributor, preferably in a cross-functional or consulting setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, data modeling, and report/dashboard design, creation of insightful reports.
• Strong skills in data analysis, data transformation, and visualization using various data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, cloud data platforms).
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document and present findings.
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and privacy best practices.
