About the Role An installation group is seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to streamline data connectivity and enable data-driven decision making across their growing family of companies. This role involves data extraction and integration, visualization and reporting, database management, and creative problem-solving for complex data challenges. Core Responsibilities Extract and scrape data from multiple CRM systems across sister companies using automated tools and scripts Design and implement data integration solutions to connect disparate systems and standardize data formats Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support executive decision-making Develop and maintain databases that aggregate data from third-party systems with full visibility into calculations Collaborate with leadership teams to identify key metrics and design meaningful data representations Troubleshoot data connectivity issues and develop creative solutions for complex integration challenges Desired Tools Data Visualization: Tableau (Desktop and Prep) (must-have) Programming Languages: Python or R for data manipulation and automation (must-have) Microsoft Ecosystem: Power Platform (Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps), Office Suite (must-have) CRM Systems: Spot CRM and various third-party CRM systems (nice-to-have) Experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence (must-have) Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and automation (nice to-have) Strong experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau (Prep and Desktop) (nice to-have) Database management experience (must-have) Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps) (must-have) Proven track record of data scraping and extraction from various systems with creative problem-solving skills for complex data connectivity challenges Willing to work Monday to Friday, 7AM - 4PM ET Unlimited earning potential if you choose to take on multiple clients and have the capacity Generous health allowance to support your well-being Profit-sharing opportunities as the company grows Access to exclusive upskilling and training in AI, operations, and leadership Monthly raffles and performance bonuses A tight-knit, supportive community and a dedicated Talent Success Manager to guide your journey
