QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, and at least one CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo).
  • Experience pulling and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, retention).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
  • Ability to translate raw data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with non-technical audiences.
  • Agency or multi-client experience a plus.
