Description

The Compensation Data & Analytics Specialist will provide ongoing support to the Global Rewards & Employee Experience Team in provision of reward analytics. As a subject matter expert, this role will provide trusted and researched advice, analytics and governance regarding compensation data and reporting. The role will also contribute as a member of the Compensation Team to the development of global people compensation strategies, policies and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced level of English written and spoken (must).
  • At least 4 years of experience regarding HR operations systems and tasks.
  • Previous experience in Compensation area.
  • Bachelor’s degree regarding IT, Human Resources or similar area.
Responsibilities

TASKS

Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.

Support the annual remuneration review process including:

  • system development and testing,
  • developing supporting materials such as communicating compensation concepts,
  • key stakeholder engagement through the process
  • creation of reports and analysis post review
  • working with PSS to move salaries over to CoreHR.
