Why Join As a Data Analytics Support specialist at OCBC, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth through data-driven insights. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a collaborative problem-solver who can distill complex data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop targeted solutions, and implement changes that drive business outcomes. By leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen, you'll help OCBC stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing market. What you do Champion GM process automation initiatives through RPA program Engage in teams’ daily routines supporting auto reports distributions and BOTs maintenance Identify repetitive, rule-based tasks within FO workflows and conduct feasibility analysis for automation Collaborate with trading and sales desks to understand pain points and discover automation opportunities Work with RPA vendor to validate the design, debug the code, test and implement RPA solutions across FO desks Monitor BOTs performance in production and resolve issues promptly Implement enhancements based on users feedback and evolving business needs Maintain proper documentation for all RPA workflows adhering to bank EUC development standards Analyze bot performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities Provide efficient backup for other team members Participate in regular audit system reviews, support regulatory data queries from internal and external parties Work closely with IT and other supporting partners (Risk, Ops, Finance, GDO) on system issues resolution, system and process enhancements Who you are · Good analytical and problem-solving skills · Curious and keen to learn · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work and deliver under pressure · Flexible, adaptable with multi-tasking skills · Experience in working with data and information systems · Basic coding skills – VBA, Python, SQL · Data visualization and data presentation · Knowledge of financial markets and products · Managing senior stakeholders’ expectations · Murex knowledge and experience What we offer: Competitive base salary.
