ABOUT THE JOB

• Under UVCA world, PVM is aiming to leverage more data & analytics to identify external business opportunities as well as to improve internal business processes for sustainable business growth
• With data warehouse built up in past few years, an unprecedented data availability is ready for in-depth data analytics and corresponding insight generation
• This position is newly established to come up with business performance and process gaps, to identify improvement pathways via data analytics, and to drive business changes with right stakeholders and owners

1.Identify underlying drivers / building blocks via data analytics to facilitate sustainable growth based on defined commercial strategies (RTM focused)
2.Propose and align business change solutions (RTM focused) based on building blocks identified, with right stakeholders and owners, and drive changes along the way
3.Define, align and continuously track performance KPIs, building up to commercial strategies, and call out risks along the process
4.Create forum / community to drive data-based decision making
