YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Data Analyst at ABB Motion Services. Our service division consists of 150 professionals across the country. Within the Motion Services division, we specialize in the life cycle management of drives, motors, and generators.
As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for data management and data related processes. You will collect, visualize and analyze the data to support business development actions and decision making. Your contribution is needed to create data-based solutions for the unit’s strategic growth initiatives. Furthermore, you will act as a process owner and main user for selected tools and processes.
You will collaborate closely with our functions, providing expertise in data management.

YOU WILL BE MAINLY ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Local Sales Unit’s data management
• Collecting and visualization of data that supports business development and decision making
• Analyzing data and creating proposals for business development actions
• Customer reports on selected services
• Creating and upkeeping of tools and methods that support service and business development
• Main User and process owner for selected tools and processes
• Supporting screening and analyzing the installed base for long-term business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Proficiency in business development, preferably within service sector
• Expertise in motors and drives is advantageous
• Customer-focused and service-oriented mind-set
• Extensive understanding of SAP, PowerBI, and Microsoft applications
• Skilled interpersonal communicator; highly collaborative and adept at managing uncertainty in complex issues and differing viewpoints
• Hands-on working attitude
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field
