ARE YOU AN ORGANISED PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATOR ABLE TO MULTITASK AND PROVIDE AN EFFICIENT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICE?

We have a super opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our long standing and well regarded care Trust who is passionate about providing person centred care and developing their people.
Working in a supportive and friendly environment you will join a team of administrators who ensure that administrative tasks across the hospice are completed in a confidential and efficient manner and departments are suitably supported.
Who we are looking for?
In this role you will need to have excellent IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and use of databases. You will have high level analytical skills with the ability to manage a varied workload including providing accurate reports, maintaining the quality and accuracy of the data held on patient records and Trust systems and contributing to spot checks and audits.
The ability to communicate effectively is vital as you will be liaising regularly with different departments internally, patients, relatives, NHS services and GP practices.
