You are expected to ensure that our client’s customers can leverage data through custom reporting and implement robust analytical reports. You will assist with creating or editing reports and lists to meet the functional requirements outlined by either the Solutions Engineer (SE) or Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA). What you’ll be doing: Validate data to ensure accuracy Format and import data into client lists, ensuring correct formatting and accuracy Independently build reporting and analytics dashboards in Looker to visualize transparency and insights for customers on their workflows (fundraising, deal flow, relationship insights, etc.) and self-service business intelligence to the scope outlined by the SE or BIA Be a subject matter expert in the creation of our client’s analytics Qualifications and Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets High attention to detail, good problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment Experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Private Equity, and others is a plus Familiarity with HTML/CSS and SQL BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Statistics, or Analytics with experience, or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Statistics, or Analytics Nice to Have: Experience in using Python and VBA coding Technical expertise in data modeling and database design with business intelligence software (preferably Looker) Benefits and Perks: At eFlex, we're not just a workplace – we're a community of playmakers, committed to fostering growth, learning, and personal connections.
