The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data and Compliance Administrator to join our fantastic team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, bringing a blend of strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, be adept at managing data systems, and possess a keen eye for detail. This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring high standards in all tasks.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Recognised administrative qualification at NVQ3 level or above, or equivalent experience

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills across various stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • Excellent data and digital skills, adaptable to multiple platforms and technologies
  • Proactive approach to planning and prioritising work
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Administration Team, you will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality, seamless parent experience. You will manage the school systems to ensure they are accurate and synchronised across platforms, providing support to both parents and staff on their operational effectiveness. You will support new parents as they join the school, providing guidance on how to join platforms and use them effectively. You will lead on the management of data, ensuring the school adheres to all data protection regulations and on the management of Subject Access Requests. Reporting to the Administration Manager & PA to SLT, you will form part of an efficient, organised team that makes the life of our parents easier and more streamlined.
