EDUCATIONAL REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or data science preferred, three or more years of related work experience required Good people and communication skills. Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail. Proficient with SQL, Database concepts, Big Data tools and Data Analysis techniques Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing Preferred Experience with Power BI, and/or other data warehousing platforms EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Experience with Paycom and Acumatica data integration and management capabilities desirable.

• Work with Volunteer Executive and Leadership staff to provide data analysis and report building to meet business objectives, clinical quality measurement, and other information needs Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Work with CIO/CTO to maintain reporting database and build tools to support Fiscal, HR, Administrative, and Clinical teams’ workflow requirements Assist with compiling, scrubbing, and analyzing company data from disparate sources Business Analysis for identifying and developing improved workflows for Volunteer departments and staff Assist CIO/CTO with all other data and business analysis projects as required.
