    We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented individual to join our friendly team and play a critical role in fashion marketing by catalogue from our extensive customer database. This is an important growing area of our business and an exciting time to join our existing team and some of the nicest people you could hope to meet.
    Commercial awareness would be a distinct advantage, alongside excellent communication skills. A background in finance and accounting might be useful, and/or strong maths, spreadsheet agility and business knowledge. We shall teach you about our bespoke systems, so you can help us to develop and be even more efficient.

This is an exciting new role, ideally suited to someone highly numerate with an eye for detail and who enjoys problem solving and working with large amounts of complex data. The job is interesting and varied including:

  • Measure performance, provide forecasts of customer demand, track customer attrition
  • Report on the predicted and actual impact of advertising and marketing activity from our campaigns.
  • Support our catalogue print factory planning and organisation of mailings in the UK and Europe.
  • Report on and suggest what needs to done to build our active customer base.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Problem solving for customer mailings when required, liaising with IT and external partners for mailings
  • Perform data quality assessments and implement customer data cleansing when appropriate
