We’re on the hunt for a Data and Research Analyst. Are you passionate about using data to drive impact and strengthen programmes in a purpose-led environment. Do you thrive in working across research, data systems and learning to help organisations make better decisions? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you! As a Data and Research Analyst, you will lead monitoring and evaluation, manage data systems, and translate insights into meaningful reporting and learning across programmes. You’ll play a key role in strengthening data visibility, supporting evidence-based decisions, and building sustainable data practices. If you have the following: Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Science, Statistics or a related field 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, M&E frameworks, and managing programme datasets Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SPSS or KoboToolbox Strong ability to translate data into insights that influence decisions and reporting Please note that this role is based in Westville, supporting The Unlimited Child.
