POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data and Shipping Specialist to support our shipping and receiving functions. This role involves assisting with various administrative duties, including data entry, unpacking, and packing boxes, and ensuring accurate shipment tracking. The ideal candidate will have computer skills, attention to detail, and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily shipping and receiving activities, including tracking, packing, and unpacking shipments
• Enter data accurately into inventory and shipping systems
• Manage packing and labeling for outgoing shipments
• Unpack and organize incoming items, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service for shipping inquiries and issues
• Maintain organization in the shipping and receiving area

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills, data entry, familiarity with shipping software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes
• Customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
