WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Data cleansing, maintaining and accurately updating records
• Administration of funding in Carelink in a timely manner
• Be responsible for NDIS claiming and reconciliation
• Provide support to end users in all aspects of the system, particularly rostering, client information and setting-up funding information
• Audit activities, including the accuracy of processes
• Monitoring rejections of claims and following-up with service delivery
• Maintaining knowledge of systems, making necessary updates and changes to configuration and settings of business systems when required
• Providing reports and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
• Working as part of the team and liaising with CRM provider

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and or previous experience in similar role. (desirable)
• Highly analytical and good at managing your own workload with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills using online software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service are essential
• Solutions focussed approach and ability to problem solve issues as they arise
• Strong understanding of disability services industry, compliance and its funding environment (desirable)
• Experience in the day-to-day use of Carelink Plus (desirable)
