We are looking for individuals to be responsible for maintaining and optimising our work management systems, one of which is Totalmobile. You will be supporting teams to maximise the use of systems within our Infrastructure Teams. Our aim is to improve processes and employee experiences through the development of technology offering across our Business Unit. The role will primarily be focused on providing support for requests raised via our support portal. These requests will range from anything being wrong to configuration and system set up. Data captured by the Site Teams will support reporting and provide an overall real-time performance of where the Infrastructure Teams are at any given time. This is not an entry level role and is very dynamic requiring individuals who are going to take initiative and problem solve without support. We will offer support with personal development and the ability to learn new skills and training as you go. Willingness to proactively learn and make improvements is key. We want to hear from you with anything you identify that could be done better! To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner, have excellent IT skills, Excel skills, Project Management and knowledge of system integrations is desirable. Experience in SQL and Power Bi is also important as this is our go method of reporting, but not essential. Communication skills are critical as you will be liaising with numerous internal and external stakeholders to find solutions. Responsibilities · Working on Support tickets raised by system users · Maintain system usage for office and site based operational staff · Maintain and enable sub-contractors access to the Totalmobile Portal · Point of contact for problem solving, configuration of Totalmobile and new set ups and changes. · Maintaining data integrity and configs consistency. · Working with the wider team on projects such as Power BI dashboards and client integrations. · Support with testing enhancements and new functionality releases. · Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve data challenges. · Working closely with the technical support team directly at Totalmobile. · Ensuring data capture is maintained to facilitate project performance reporting. · Provide data reconciliations to operational leads. · As and when required, travel to operational sites and support requirements from the Teams. This is typically on average 3 days per week. Qualifications Criteria · Confident in customer and internal stakeholder relationships. · Strong problem-solving ability. · Initiative to learn quickly on the job to liaise with client and colleagues to solve queries. · An excellent communicator. · Keen to learn, enabling you to quickly become an expert and continually improve your knowledge. · Process and Document creation experience. · Proficient using Microsoft Office programmes; incl.
