Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Participate in classroom training to deepen knowledge in specific professional skills as well as banking and fintech concepts. * Learn the core business activities of a commercial & consumer bank. * Complete projects within assigned track in a timely manner and collaborate effectively across teams within the Data-Analytics, Technology and Transformation organizations. * Work on transformational projects aligned with strategic objectives. * Follow best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation, and security. * Develop data driven presentations. * Under Managements direction, learns to manage projects, completing specific assigned tasks. * Analyze, organize, and use data & insights to support decision making. Qualifications Required Skills: * Strong analytical skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills and knowledge. * Attention to detail and quality. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments. * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Must demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and creativity in solving problems and learning new skills. Required Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics/Data Science, or related field. * Academic or internship-based knowledge of databases, web services, cloud computing, security and project management. Preferred Experience: * 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience supporting Transformation, Technology or Data organization. * Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. * Experience with data analysis, visualization, or machine learning is a plus. * Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies such as Git, Agile, or Scrum.
