The role involves reviewing, labeling, and classifying datasets to support AI/ML models, abuse detection, and operational intelligence initiatives. Key Responsibilities Review, classify, and annotate data as per defined policies and quality standards Support spam, phishing, and mail abuse detection initiatives Work across multiple tools, dashboards, and workflows simultaneously Identify anomalies, edge cases, and escalate trends where required Maintain accuracy, productivity, and SLA targets in a 24x7 environment Qualifications 1+ year experience in Data Annotation/Data Labeling/Trust & Safety operations Experience working in a 24x7, multi-vendor environment is essential Strong eye for detail and ability to comprehend detailed instructions Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required Must have PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding Tenure of at least 18 months No Active DA Interested candidates Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
