Role Overview As a Data Annotator, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and annotating dental case data to support our AI and automation products. This role blends technical precision with domain knowledge, you’ll help ensure patient scans and case data are complete, accurate, and ready for use in AI-driven systems. Your work will directly impact global customers by powering more efficient workflows and better clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Data Annotation & Intake Annotate and label dental case data (e.g., 3D scans, images, patient records) following established guidelines. Review and process new cases, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Use annotation tools and imaging platforms to maintain consistent, high-quality datasets. Quality Assurance Conduct integrity checks on patient scans, ensuring image quality meets standards. Identify inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies in case data and address them proactively. Maintain accurate, organized, and traceable case records in our systems. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with engineers and product teams to refine annotation workflows and improve automation tools. Provide feedback to enhance labeling guidelines and annotation consistency. Contribute to the development of AI agent products by ensuring the training data is accurate and reliable. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in data annotation, data labeling, or quality assurance for AI/ML, imaging, or healthcare data. Background in engineering, biomedical sciences, computer science, or related technical fields strongly preferred. High attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or anomalies quickly. Excellent English comprehension skills, especially with technical terminology. Proficiency with annotation tools, databases, or structured data workflows. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Willingness to work night shifts (schedule may be subject to change).
