Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the bank-wide data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Advocate for data lakehouse architecture and promote its values.
Define and establish data management KPIs, OKRs, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting integration, warehousing, and analytics initiatives.
Collaborate with the central data office and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Author and maintain architectural documents like HLD, LLD, DFD, and strategy papers.
Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and management.
Simplify and socialize data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
Work with cross-functional teams to establish roles and responsibilities across central and domain teams.
Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure data architecture aligns with business needs.
Communicate complex data concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor and optimize data architecture performance, scalability, and efficiency
