DATA ARCHITECT – BI EXPERT (SAP BO TO POWER BI MIGRATION)

We are looking for a seasoned Data Architect with a strong technical and functional background in business intelligence environments. The ideal consultant will be responsible for supporting a large-scale reporting migration and must demonstrate the following competencies:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• In-depth expertise with SAP Business Objects 4.3 (universe design, reporting structure)
• Mastery of Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and automated reporting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including:
• SSIS (Integration Services)
• SSRS (Reporting Services)
• SSAS (Analysis Services)
• Experience with data warehouse architecture and data modeling
• Skilled in ETL processes, data extraction/transformation/loading, and reporting optimization
• Ability to estimate technical effort, define architecture strategies, and assess tool suitability

FUNCTIONAL & SOFT SKILLS

• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a strong asset
• Understanding of data governance and reporting compliance requirements
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, business, project management)
• Capable of producing clear, structured documentation and technical deliverables
• Fluent in French (mandatory); English is an asset
• Autonomous, analytical, and results-driven mindset
