Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join CaptivateIQ’s Integration Solutions team as a Data Architect focused on building and supporting integrations between our platform and critical external systems. This is a customer-facing role centered on implementation, not core product or platform engineering. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating technical capabilities into practical solutions for real business problems.
You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support scalable integration solutions. Ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, automation, and contributing to a growing, fast-paced services team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of advanced integrations, including scoping, buildout, and post-launch support
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for integration escalations from Support, CS, and other CX teams
  • Partner with Sales, Presales, Product, and Engineering on discovery, scoping, and continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and system-based integrations directly with customers
  • Set up automations and native connectors as needed
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge-sharing, and scalable best practices
  • Stay current with product changes, enhance internal tooling, and continuously improve delivery
  • Script and automate manual workflows to drive repeatability and efficiency
