Easy Dynamics is seeking an experienced Data Architect to support a high-impact Digital Transformation and Zero Trust implementation program. This role requires technical depth and strong consulting skills to help guide our client in modernizing their security posture and aligning with Zero Trust principles. The successful candidate will need an in-depth understanding of enterprise IT concepts, cloud security, FISMA compliance, digital identity, and privacy, as this piece of work must align with NIST standards and emerging Zero Trust implementation guidelines.
This role will demand a high level of technical proficiency and cybersecurity expertise. The successful candidate must also be able to lead organizational change efforts to help ensure the team’s success. In your advisory capacity, you’ll navigate the complexities of the client organization, leveraging change management and effective communications to enhance security practices. Effective communication and collaboration are crucial as you will play a pivotal role in working with both technical and non-technical business leaders. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or comparable work experience.
• 10+ years in IT, with 3+ years focused on Data Analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure required, AWS & GCP a plus)
• Experience with security tools (e.g., Okta, Zscaler, Palo Alto) a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
