• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and metrics to support digital marketing and customer experience initiatives.
• Design and manage data workflows using GCP tools including:
• Google BigQuery (GBQ)
• Google Analytics
• Cloud Composer / Airflow
• Dataflow
• Integrate and analyze data from key sources:
• Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook
• CSAT & UX: Survicate, FullStory, Optimizely
• Translate digital marketing KPIs (e.g., impressions, SEO performance, CSAT) into meaningful dashboards and reports.
• Lead and mentor offshore data engineering teams, ensuring DevOps best practices and delivery excellence.
